Located in the charming suburb of Pewee Valley, just 20 minutes from Downtown Louisville, the venue offers 3,500 square feet of interior space, an open and flexible floor plan, double doors leading to a covered reclaimed barn structure, and thoughtfully maintained landscaping that together create a romantic, intimate setting for your celebration.

At 314 Exchange, our indoor and outdoor spaces are designed to complement each other, giving you flexibility and a seamless wedding experience. Many couples choose to host their ceremony outdoors and move indoors for the reception, while others prefer an indoor ceremony with outdoor photos or a cocktail hour.
Both spaces are included as part of your rental, there’s no need to choose between them. The layout, flow, and timing can be used how you want to create a day that feels natural, where your guests are comfortable, and your day runs effortlessly.

$100.00/hour (4 hour minimum) + $150.00 cleaning fee
Weekends (dates are only available within 90 days of event)

- Loft rental (2 bed / 1 bath above venue)
- Setup & teardown Service: includes 314 setting up and putting away all tables and chairs, indoor & outdoor
- Outdoor games package: full-day rental for games
- Cocktail tables: 6 available
- White ceremony chairs: 120 available
- Outdoor propane heater rental: 4 available
- Dance floor rental: includes setup and teardown
