Pricing & Booking
Full-day wedding rental runs from 9 AM to midnight. For 2026 and 2027, it's $2,750 on Friday, $2,995 on Saturday, and $2,200 on Sunday, all plus tax. 2028 rates increase to $2,995 on Friday and $3,600 on Saturday, while Sunday stays at $2,200.
Every wedding rental includes full-day access to both the indoor hall and covered outdoor barn, tables and chairs for up to 120 guests, the on-site commercial kitchen, two restrooms, on-site parking, and a one-hour rehearsal walk-through.
Catering, florals, and outside decor are not included, and you're welcome to bring your own vendors for those. Bar service, table linens, a dance floor, specialty chairs, and setup and teardown are all available separately. See Services & Rentals.
No. The rental fee covers the venue itself. Bar service is quoted separately because 314 Exchange handles all alcohol in-house. See Bar Services.
A 50% booking deposit is due at contract signing, along with a separate $500 refundable damage deposit. The remaining balance is due 90 days before the event.
Yes. Rates are set by the calendar year of your event. 2028 rates increase on Friday and Saturday, while Sunday stays flat at $2,200.
