Day-of Coordination at 314: What Your Coordinator Handles
Day-of Coordination at 314: What Your Coordinator Handles
We now offer day-of coordination at 314 Exchange. Your coordinator is part of the 314 team. They run your timeline and your vendors on the day, so you and your family can be at the wedding instead of running it.
Here are five things you won't have to handle, and what each package covers.
The plan, before the day
Every package includes two one-hour planning meetings with your coordinator before your wedding. By the time the day arrives, they know your timeline, your vendors, and who in the family to ask about what. The full day package also covers your rehearsal walkthrough.
Vendor arrivals
Your caterer, florist, and DJ check in with your coordinator, not with you. Questions about where to unload, where to plug in, and when to start go to one person who already knows the building.
Ceremony cues
Your coordinator gathers the wedding party, lines everyone up, and runs every cue. You walk down the aisle.
The reception timeline
Your coordinator works with your MC and your photographer to keep the evening moving: the toasts, the dances, the cake, and the food service line. Nobody in your family has to watch the clock.
Your personal things
With the full day package, your coordinator places your personal decor before guests arrive and gathers your personal items at the end of the night. The card box, the guest book, and the framed photos all make it back to you.
Half day coordination: 6 hours, $450
Half day coordination is $450 for six hours, and there are two ways to use them. Both include a single point of contact throughout and a full handoff at the end of coverage.
Option A: your coordinator arrives four hours before the ceremony. This gives you more time for vendor arrivals and pre-ceremony setup support. They run the ceremony, staff the main reception through dances and food service, and hand off once the party is underway. The room flip between ceremony and reception isn't included, and can be added.
Option B: your coordinator arrives one hour before the ceremony. You get less time beforehand and more coverage into the reception. They run the ceremony cues, coordinate your MC and photographer, and keep the toasts, dances, and cake on schedule further into the night.
Full day coordination: 10 hours, $750
Full day coordination is $750 for ten hours. It starts about four hours before your ceremony and runs through the last dance and cake cutting. Along with everything above, your coordinator oversees setup, handles cocktail hour and first look logistics, and coordinates an off-site ceremony if you're having one.
Add-ons
Additional hours are $75 per hour on either package, subject to availability. If you'd like your coordinator at the rehearsal dinner the night before, that's $150.
Already booked? You can still add it
If your wedding is already on our calendar for 2027 or 2028, we'd love to add a coordinator for you. Email us at 314exchange@gmail.com and we'll walk you through the options.
The takeaway
Day-of coordination gives you someone to watch the clock, so you don't have to. If you're still choosing a venue, ask about it on your tour and we'll build it into your quote.
