The same barn and grounds that host weddings all season are available for holiday parties too, and fall and winter openings are already going on the calendar. The packages built for this Two of our four event packages fit a holiday party especially well. Weekday Evening runs Monday through Thursday, 5 PM to 11 PM, for $600 . Weekend Evening Celebration runs Friday through Sunday, 5 PM to 11 PM, for $900 . Both are flat rates for a six-hour block, not hourly billing you have to watch. An office party on a weeknight is where the Weekday Evening rate really stands out. Same space, same capacity, a fraction of what a Friday or Saturday date runs. 10% off remaining 2026 dates Mention the code HOLIDAY2026 on your tour or when you book to get 10% off venue rental for any date still open in 2026. This applies to the rental fee only, doesn't combine with other discounts, and is good for 2026 dates specifically, not for a 2027 date booked before the end of this year. The code expires December 31, 2026. What's included Every package comes with exclusive use of the 3,500 square foot interior, the covered outdoor barn structure and grounds, seating for up to 120 guests at round tables, all tables and chairs, two private restrooms, on-site parking, an open vendor policy, a pre-event consultation, and pre and post-event cleaning. Set up for the season The covered barn structure has string lighting and electrical outlets, so it holds up as a space for a party after dark, not just a summer ceremony backdrop. If the evening turns cold, propane heaters are available at $60 each , with four on-site. Want the room fully arranged before guests walk in instead of setting it up yourself? Furniture setup and teardown is a $300 add-on. Table linens run $20 per table in black or ivory, and a dance floor is available for $750 for the day with setup and teardown included. Bar service, handled in-house Kentucky law requires licensed bartenders for any alcohol served, and 314 handles that directly rather than requiring an outside vendor. They book the Wedding Weekend Package instead, one bundle that covers four things couples usually have to arrange separately. Here's what's in it and what it costs compared to adding those pieces one at a time. The window The package runs from Friday at 5 PM through Saturday at 9 AM. That covers the evening before the wedding through the morning of, so you're not paying for a separate rehearsal date and a separate wedding date as two disconnected bookings. Friday evening: rehearse and decorate You get the venue Friday evening to run the rehearsal and start decorating. Early access is included too, so if you want more time Friday to get ahead of the day, it's already built in rather than something you have to ask for and pay for separately. Table and chair setup, done once Setup happens Friday and doubles as your wedding day setup. You're not scheduling a separate crew or paying for setup twice, the room is ready and waiting when Saturday starts. The Loft, overnight and morning of The package includes an overnight stay in the Loft plus use of it the morning of the wedding to get ready. You can also bring your own food vendor for the weekend and add bar service through 314 if you want it. One Less Vendor to Book: Table Linens Are Now In-House We just added table linens to our rental list. $20 per table, available in black or ivory, sized to fit our 60 inch round tables and our 6 ft and 8 ft rectangle tables. If you were planning to source linens through an outside rental company, you can cross that vendor off your list. What's Included Every linen fits the tables already in your rental, so there's no measuring or guessing sizes. Choose black or ivory for each table, mix them if you want contrast between your head table and guest tables, and let us know your count and colors ahead of your event. Why It's Worth Adding Outside linen rentals mean a separate contract, a separate delivery window, and someone tracking pickup after your event. Adding linens through 314 means one fewer vendor to coordinate and one fewer delivery to plan around on the day itself. It's a small add-on, but it's one less thing on your list. Here's Why Your Date Won't Wait Right now, in the middle of summer, we're booking weddings and events across an unusually wide window: fall 2026, all of 2027, and into spring 2028. If you toured this month and you're still deciding, here's the one thing worth understanding before you wait. Your date is the deadline, not the price Our rental rates don't move based on when you sign. A Saturday in October 2027 costs the same whether you book it in July or in December, the rate is tied to the event date, not your booking date. So waiting doesn't cost you money on the date you already have your eye on. It can cost you the date itself. We only have one Saturday in any given month, one specific weekend in the season you're picturing. With events already on the books close to two years out, the dates people want most, particular Saturdays, holiday weekends, peak-season weekends, go first. If you're set on a date or a narrow window, that's the actual constraint you're working against. What does change: which year you land in Rental pricing is set by event year, not booking date: Friday: $2,750 + tax for 2026-2027, $2,995 + tax for 2028 Saturday: $2,995 + tax for 2026-2027, $3,600 + tax for 2028 Sunday: $2,200 + tax for 2026-2027, $2,200 + tax for 2028 If you're flexible between a 2027 date and a 2028 date, that's worth knowing.
